Built by people who've stood in the aisle.

Elevate Industrial Equipments exists because too many warehouse projects treat the truck, the rack and the software as three separate purchases. We treat them as one system.

Our story

Started on the warehouse floor, not in a boardroom

Elevate was founded by material handling engineers who kept seeing the same problem: a plant would buy a forklift from one vendor, racking from another, and a WMS from a third — and none of the three had been specified against the same aisle widths, ceiling heights or throughput targets.

We built Elevate to close that gap — one team that surveys the site, sizes the truck fleet, engineers the racking, and layers on the software, so the numbers actually add up before installation day.

Today that means electric pallet trucks and forklifts, pallet racking engineered to recognised structural standards, mezzanine flooring, and the fleet and warehouse-management software that ties it all together — backed by a service network that answers the phone at 2 a.m. on a second shift.

Foundation

A single-source promise

Elevate is founded on the idea that trucks, racking and software should be specified together, by one accountable team.

Manufacturing

ISO & FEM engineered racking

Our racking and shelving systems are designed and load-rated to internationally recognised structural standards.

Fleet

Lithium-ion across the range

Pallet trucks and forklifts move to fast-charging lithium-ion platforms, cutting downtime between shifts.

Quality & standards

Engineering rigour you can put in a tender document

Standards aren't a footnote for us — they're what a load-bearing frame actually has to answer to.

ISO & FEM Design Basis

Racking uprights, beams and connectors are engineered against recognised international load and seismic-bracing standards, not just supplier defaults.

In-House Load Testing

Every racking installation is load-tested and signed off on site before it's handed over for daily operation.

Lithium-Ion Standard Fit

Fast-charging lithium-ion power is the default across pallet trucks and forklifts, reducing battery-swap downtime.

Service network

Uptime is a logistics problem too

A rack or a truck that's down mid-shift is a production problem, not a paperwork one — our service model is built around that.

01

Regional Hubs

Service engineers based near major manufacturing and distribution clusters, not only at head office.

02

Stocked Spares

Fast-moving spare parts held regionally to cut truck downtime after a breakdown.

03

One Contact

A single account contact coordinates trucks, racking and software service calls.

04

Scheduled AMC

Preventive maintenance contracts scoped around your shift patterns, not ours.
